"Ken Wandell's office is the best in the area in my opinion. Starting with my parents, and myself when I became of age, we have been using them for auto and life insurance since the early 1990's. The staff and service are fantastic. I think about when my Mother died in 2013, and I walked into their office, completely distraught, how they told me not to worry about anything. They said they would pay the funeral home directly from Mom's life insurance policy and send me the rest. They did exactly that. When I walked out of that office, I never had to worry about a thing, and they promptly sent me a check for what was left after the funeral home fees. They made one of the most difficult times in my life so much easier because I didn't have to worry about the money. They took care of all of it for me. I also want to thank Kimberly for going above and beyond in helping me to estimate how much it would cost to put our teen daughter on our insurance before she actually got her license - helping me to prepare for the rate change. "Let me just say 7 months waiting on kitchen repair. There is not enough space here to tell how they have treated us through this. Wish I could leave a -0! Now we are at the 9-month mark and still fighting with them. I am going through pictures that I am going to add to this review to show everyone how State Farm made me live and how I had to carry water from my bathroom to (tub) to fill my portable ice maker and coffee pot. Real Good State Farm, that is very Hygenic isn't it. My family and I have been State Farm customers for over 60 years and this is how they do their long term customers, oh and My Bumper on my car is still not fixed it is still Gorilla Glued where its busted I am just waiting for it to fly off and hit someone because they refuse to fix it unless I take it to a shop they approve of and supposed to do this while trying to work 12 hour days. Sorry State Farm I pay you for a reason not to work for you!"
